Shimmerdisc technology was first introduced in 2015 with the purpose of creating shimmering displays for the large format display markets, including events and movie premier backdrops. Our initial focus was on supplying the West End, Vegas, and Broadway with our unique displays. Given the intricate detail we were able to achieve through our printing technique, we decided to explore the potential for creating artworks using the technology. After several months of research and development, we established a new division of the business, ShimmerART. Made To Order

  • What dimensions are available?

    Great question. We produce a tile which is 20x20cm with 225 sequins or mini tiles. So, the dimensions need to be divisible by one tile. Example - 40x40cm , 80 x 80cm  40x 80cm etc

  • How do you deliver?

    We ship both framed and ready to frame orders all over the world. UK, we either deliver using our own transport or with trusted carriers. Larger orders we send with same day carriers. Overseas we ship with DHL or UPS.

  • What sizes do you produce?

    ShimmerART can be produced to almost any size because of it being modular. The smallest framed size we produce is 40cm x 40cm (image) and the largest framed size is 120cm x 120cm (image). However, we can also supply the system as a ready to frame at almost any size as the system can be custom installed.

  • What is the lead time?

    Lead times are around 21 working days. ShimmerART projects are hand made with multiple processes. 

  • What options are available?

    At the moment we produce a round sequin style mosaic display. Printed in high definition. We also have a square sequin which is still in development. Our displays use a high gloss finish as standard although we have other options including metallic and matt white. 

  • Do you offer trade discount?

    Yes. We only supply to the trade so all of the prices listed are trade discounted with suggested retail prices where applicable.
